Event Day Access & Security
Follow these essential steps to ensure smooth access to the venue and secure it after your session.

Alternative Entrance
Should you encounter any issues at the main concierge, please use the York Street entrance. This door will remain unlocked until 7:00 PM for us.

Access Card Retrieval
Once inside via York Street, locate the "Auditorium" lockbox. It's hanging on the wooden-framed door, and your access card will be inside.

  • Lockbox Code: 1056
  • Security Alarm (to disarm): 2000
  • Main auditorium Door Code: 2005

Post-Rehearsal Protocol
After rehearsal, please ensure you return the access card to the same lockbox, lock it properly, and scramble the code once it's closed.

Team huddle, prayer, encouragement, and task assignments.
6:10 PM — Set Up
All teams begin setup duties as per checklist.

Everyone in posted positions. Ready to welcome guests!

Setup Checklist
  1. Team to report at 6pm
  1. Get the luggage + banner from the upstairs storage
  1. Set up banners (right in front of the entrance)
  1. Set up welcome table (with "Welcome" sign and QR/link: https://orthodox-scan-check-go.base44.app/)
  1. Connect to Bluetooth Speaker and play "Neo Classical" Music on Spotify/iTunes
  1. Set up Choir Tags and Orchestra Tags tonight (with conductor's help)
  1. Set up name tag section
  1. For Choir Ushers — Direct Choir to room to place bags: "Please put your bags here and we are gathering in the main auditorium together tonight"
  1. For Orchestra Ushers — Direct members into Main Auditorium — Josh Clift to meet them and bring them to section leaders
  1. Place food/drinks in fridge for hospitality later on
  1. Open front door only when everything is set and ready
